Carol Waitte – Chair
Carol is the Executive Director of the Waitte Foundation, a family charitable foundation. She also is a member of the Board of Governors of Opportunity International, an organization that provides micro-loans and banking services to women in third world countries. Carol spent over 20 years working in the technology industry. She brings many years of experience in strategic planning, marketing, and management to the TFCC Board.

Linda Kane-Neufeld – Secretary
Linda is the president and owner of Express Personnel Services, a full-service staffing company. She has been active in the Campbell and Los Gatos communities for 13 years and currently serves as treasurer for the Campbell Historical Museum and Ainsley House Foundation. Linda brings many years of community relations and business expertise to the TFCC Board.

Jane Kennedy – Treasurer
Jane is the former owner and president of J.P. Meyer Kennedy Inc. in Campbell. Jane has supported the community since 1978 serving 2 years as the Mayor of the City of Campbell and 8 years with the City Council. She brings volunteer and business knowledge to the TFCC Board.

Ashwini Gupta – Ashwini is a licensed MFT with a private practice in San Jose. She is a clinical member of the east side outpatient team at Momentum for Mental Health providing therapeutic, case management and psychiatric support to adult clients.  Ashwini combines eastern and western counseling philosophies (incorporating physical, spiritual, emotional and psychic healing) developed as a result of her trans-global educational background.

Albie Jachimowicz – Albie is an attorney and partner with the law firm of Hinkle, Jachimowicz, Pointer and Mayron. He is a trial lawyer, practicing adult and juvenile criminal defense for the past 21 years in Santa Clara County. Albie has been a member and officer of TFCC’s Board of Trustees since 1998.

Mike MacIntosh – Mike grew up in the Silicon Valley. He has worked here in the world of technology in senior management, marketing and sales at companies including Apple Computer, Hyperion and Brio Software. Mike brings experience in marketing, public relations and business to the TFCC Board.

Judy Ostrow – Judy is a licensed MFT with a practice in Los Gatos. She is a personal and professional coach assisting corporate individuals in improving their performance and enhancing their leadership skills. She has taught at Santa Clara University and brings a multifaceted approach and depth of experience to group situations and individual work.

May Raft – May has been committed to the community for many years as a member of the Junior League of San Jose, school board member and volunteer at St. Andrews School in Saratoga, Hillbrook School in Los Gatos and Bellarmine College Preparatory in Santa Clara. After completing a final one-year internship at TFCC counseling Los Gatos High School students, May received an MA degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University. May is currently pursuing her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology. She brings her unique experience as part of the TFCC intern team and her community volunteer commitment to the TFCC Board.

Peggy Stover – Peggy is an English teacher at Independence High School with a diverse student population in East San Jose. Her 25 years of teaching include starting Sister-to-Sister and Anytown Clubs that target the self identity and community awareness of students. She brings an understanding of today’s young adults, both as individuals and in classroom settings, to the TFCC Board.
